1. Adyen's list applies in full
The Merchant may not sell, offer or promote anything included on Adyen's list of prohibited and restricted products and services, available at https://www.adyen.com/legal/list-restricted-prohibited, as updated by Adyen from time to time. Categories designated by Adyen as restricted may not be sold through the Checkout Service unless both Adyen and Quickbutik have given their prior written approval.
2. Additional categories prohibited on Quickbutik Checkout
In addition to Adyen's list, the following may not be sold, offered or promoted through the Checkout Service:
- Financial services, including credit, lending, investment services, payment intermediation and currency exchange
- Crypto assets and NFT trading
- Gambling and betting, including casinos, lotteries and games of chance
- Adult content and adult services
- Prescription medicines and online pharmacy services
- Weapons, ammunition and weapon parts
- CBD and cannabis-related products
- Debt collection services
- Package travel and airline tickets
- Precious metals and bullion
- Multi-level marketing, get-rich-quick schemes and timeshare offerings
- Dating and escort services
3. Categories requiring Quickbutik's prior written approval
The following may only be sold through the Checkout Service with Quickbutik's prior written approval (in addition to any approval required by Adyen):
- Snus, tobacco and e-cigarette/vaping products (age verification required)
- Dietary supplements making health or medical claims (supplements without such claims are permitted)
- Charitable fundraising and donations
4. Updates
Quickbutik may update this list from time to time in accordance with Section 21 of the Terms. The version published at https://quickbutik.com/sv/legal/checkout/prohibited-list applies. If the Merchant is uncertain whether a product or service is permitted, the Merchant should contact Quickbutik before offering it.
