1. General
This Price List forms part of the Agreement and applies unless deviating Fees have been agreed in Individual Terms. The Fees depend on the Merchant's Quickbutik subscription plan: the Fees applicable to the Merchant are those stated for the Merchant's current plan, and if the Merchant changes plan, the Fees for the new plan apply from the date of the plan change. A plan change initiated by the Merchant does not constitute a Fee change under Section 9.5 of the Terms. The same prices are presented on Quickbutik's pricing page at https://quickbutik.com/sv/priser; in case of discrepancy, this Price List applies. Each Fee is presented as a single combined price per event, inclusive of Adyen's processing fees, and exclusive of VAT. Fees are collected by deduction from the Merchant's settlements before payout in accordance with Section 9 of the Terms and are non-refundable. Fees are stated in SEK for Merchants in Sweden. Corresponding amounts apply in NOK for Merchants in Norway and in DKK for Merchants in Denmark.
2. Transaction fees

Direct payments cover Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Swish, Vipps, and MobilePay. Invoice payments cover Klarna (Pay Later, Pay Now, and Pay Over Time). Fees for the Pro Advanced plan are priced individually and agreed in Individual Terms.
The Transaction fee applies to the full Transaction amount and is not repaid if the Transaction is refunded, subject to a Chargeback or otherwise reversed.
3. Other fees
The following Fees apply regardless of subscription plan:

4. Adjustments
The Fees are adjusted annually in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Price Index and may be adjusted upon material volume deviation, in accordance with Section 9.4 of the Terms. Other changes to this Price List take effect thirty (30) days after notice in accordance with Section 9.5 of the Terms.
