If I just want to try it out, am I locked into paying after the 14-day free trial?
Of course not! If you decide not to continue after the trial, the store just goes offline automatically. You don't need to do anything to cancel.
Can I pick Startup and upgrade to Standard later?
Absolutely! That's exactly why we have different pricing plans, so you can upgrade when your needs grow, and downgrade too. You upgrade and downgrade directly from your dashboard.
Are there any other or extra costs besides the fixed price?
No, not with us. You always have one fixed cost to plan around. There are payment providers (like Swish or Klarna) that charge a transaction fee on sales, but that's not something we charge.
How do I buy a domain and email through you?
Quickbutik provides the platform for your e-commerce (store and checkout with dashboard). You buy your domain and email solution from an independent provider like Loopia. Then you point the domain at Quickbutik (we help you with this, and there's a guide in our help center too).
